These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website irisclean.ca (the “Site”) and the services offered by Iris Cleaning Co. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing this Site or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
Interfere with the security or functionality of the website
Submit false or misleading information through forms on the site
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated.

Services
Iris Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning and home organization services.
Service descriptions provided on this website are intended to provide a general overview of our offerings. Specific services may vary depending on the condition of the home, accessibility, and the scope agreed upon at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to modify or refuse service requests where necessary.
Gift Cards
Gift cards may be purchased through the website.
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards are delivered electronically and contain a unique redemption code. If a gift card email is accidentally deleted, we may be able to resend the original gift card code upon request.
Iris Cleaning Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes. Gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded once redeemed.
Gift cards may be applied toward eligible cleaning services offered by Iris Cleaning Co.
Booking and Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure a cleaning appointment.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment provided that sufficient notice is given in accordance with the cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the booking deposit.
If our team arrives and is unable to access the property due to locked doors, missing access instructions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
Service Quality Commitment
We take pride in delivering a thorough and thoughtful cleaning experience.
If an area included in your service was missed, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will gladly return to address the concern.
This service commitment applies only to areas included in the booked service.
Condition of Property
Clients are responsible for ensuring that the property is safe and accessible for cleaning.
Areas that cannot be safely accessed due to clutter, obstruction, or unsafe conditions may be skipped or may require rescheduling.
Pre-Existing Damage and Fragile Items
Iris Cleaning Co. is not responsible for damage resulting from:
pre-existing conditions
normal wear and tear
improperly secured fixtures or items
fragile or delicate materials
Clients are encouraged to notify us in advance of any fragile, valuable, or sentimental items that require special care.
For the safety of your belongings, we recommend that such items be secured or stored prior to the scheduled cleaning service.
Limitations of Cleaning Results
While we strive to achieve the best possible results, certain conditions cannot always be fully corrected through standard cleaning.
Examples include but are not limited to:
permanent stains
discoloration
grout staining
mold or mildew damage
heavy buildup requiring specialized restoration
Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition and age of surfaces.
Safety and Work Conditions
Our team members will not perform tasks that pose a safety risk.
This includes but is not limited to:
climbing high ladders
moving excessively heavy furniture
handling hazardous materials
working in unsafe environments
We reserve the right to decline or modify services where safety concerns arise.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:

Debit Card
Gift Card
By providing payment information, you authorize Iris Cleaning Co. to charge the applicable amount for services rendered.
If a payment is declined or reversed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iris Cleaning Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability for any claim relating to services provided will not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.
Consumer Protection Law
Where applicable, these Terms are subject to the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable legislation in the Province of Ontario.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time in order to reflect operational changes or legal requirements.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
